Audition for Live Theatre Workshop!

Call for Auditions: Live Theatre Workshop’s
2026-2027 Season

Live Theatre Workshop is having Community Open Auditions

​

Arts Express, Borderlands Theater, Live Theatre Workshop, Saguaro City Music Theatre, The Scoundrel and Scamp Theatre, Stories That Soar! & Winding Road Theater in partnership with Pima Community College will hold open auditions for the 2026-27 season at Pima Community College - West Campus on Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 9th. 

Open audition actors should prepare either: two contrasting monologues, no more than one minute long each OR a monologue and a 16 bar song, to be sung acapella or accompanied by a track. 


LTW produces theatre and theatre education in Tucson that entertains, educates, and enlightens children, adults, and families, and we are looking for musical theatre, dramatic, and comedic actors excited to show off their acting talents. LTW casts roles for its professional Children’s Theatre musicals, Mainstage shows, and Etcetera Late Night shows throughout the year. LTW is a Safe Place and ally who encourages people of all ethnicities, abilities, ages, and who identify as any gender to audition.

All roles are paid a set stipend based on the size of the role and time commitment.

Live Theatre Workshop also seeks qualified costumers, stage managers, sound designers, carpenters, set designers, and sound designers. Those interested in technical roles should submit a resume and cover letter to Stephen Frankenfield at stephen.f@livetheatreworkshop.org
