Live Theatre Workshop Education Wellness and Safety Policy: 


Live Theatre Workshop is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment while supporting the educational and artistic process in the most practical and effective way possible. 


If your child is ill, or you suspect they have been exposed to any contagious illnesses, we ask that they please stay home and return to class/camp only after they have been symptom-free for 24 hours without the use of medication.


We ask that Parents/Guardians please contact Live Theatre Workshop by phone or email if a student is going to be absent.


This policy is subject to change as everyone’s health and safety remain a priority.

Photo / Video Permission:


I  hereby grant / do not grant permission for any and all photographs and videos taken of my child at any Live Theatre Workshop class, camp, rehearsal, performance, or event to be used by Live Theatre Workshop or its representatives for marketing purposes. I understand that no personal information will be associated with any photograph or video without my consent and that no compensation is offered.

Live Theatre Workshop Refund & Cancellation Policy:

More than two weeks before start: Full refund minus $50 deposit.

Less than two weeks before start: No refund, but tuition may be credited toward another program within one year (subject to availability).

On/After start date: No refund. Credit may be issued for the same session. (subject to availability).

Illness-related cancellations: No refund. Credit valid for one year (subject to availability).

If Live Theatre Workshop cancels before start: Full refund.

If Live Theatre Workshop cancels during term: Refund for unused class days, calculated proportionally.

I, the undersigned Parent or Legal Guardian, confirm that all information provided on this form, including medical and behavioral details, is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that Live Theatre Workshop reserves the right to restrict or cancel admission at its sole discretion.
