The Comedy of Errors

Dante has been acting professionally for over three years and is known for their range, resonant baritone, and charisma. They recently appeared in ANNIE with Saguaro City Music Theatre, GOING IT ALONE with Invisible Theatre, and they directed FANTASTICAL CREATURES GREAT & SMALL with Valley of the Moon. COMEDY OF ERRORS is Dante's fourth show with LTW, and they couldn't be happier to be gracing this stage once again.

Matthew has been doing theatre for over ten years. His favorite roles include Scuttle in THE LITTLE MERMAID, Horton the Elephant in SEUSSICAL, Jean Vlad Van Norris in THE DAY ZOMBIES ATTACKED FAIRFIELD, Thisbe in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, and if we continue listing things, the word “favorite” would start to lose its meaning. His play, THE PERFECT SANDWICH, was selected for the fifth annual Young Playwrights of Tucson showcase, and he received a Superior for his other play, WAFFLE FRIES OR REGULAR? at the Southern Arizona Festival of Theater in 2024. Mika made his debut at Live Theatre Workshop at age 7 and has never looked back. He has a deep love of performance, having starred in some of his favorite shows like DRACULA, THE GUY WHO DIDN’T LIKE MUSICALS, and THESE SHINING LIVES. He has a soft spot for Shakespeare and has played “MacB” in the Scottish play that shall not be named- twice! Mika is obsessed with all areas of art; he performs drag shows around town, makes watercolor and oil paintings, is a freelance graphic designer, and works at Pima as a tutor for writing and visual arts. Mika would like to thank his past teachers, friends, family and most importantly his dog for always supporting his passions. 

Nika is a passionate artist devoted to the magic effects theatre has on humanity. Recent credits include Koso Theatre Collective's Alabaster, Live Theatre Workshop's Sleeping Beauty, and Wolfe Bowart's Theatre De Cuisine at The Scoundrel & Scamp Theatre. She loves improv and devised physical theatre, both of which allow her to explore just how creative the human brain can be! She's very excited to return to LTW's main stage to bring this wackadoodle Shakespearean adaptation to life!

Dawson is absolutely thrilled to take part in this production. Dawson received his AA in theatre arts from Eastern Arizona College, and a BA in theatre arts for secondary education from Grand Canyon University. He is the current Drama Teacher for grades 6-12 at BASIS Oro Valley. His most recent production at LTW was as Cedric/Mr. Voldy in PUFFS, and some of his favorite performances include HAMLET (King Claudius), SPONGEBOB THE MUSICAL (Mr. Krabs), and THE LADY’S NOT FOR BURNING (Hebble Tyson). Dawson would like to thank his students for being the reason he gets up each day, literally.

Emily is incredibly excited to return to the LTW stage in THE COMEDY OF ERRORS! Recent credits include VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE (Nina) and SLEEPING BEAUTY (Sara the Surly), both with Live Theater Workshop. Previous Shakespeare credits include Fleance and Macduff’s son in MACBETH with The Scoundrel & Scamp Theatre, Andrew Aguecheek in TWELFTH NIGHT through the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), and Moth in LOVE’S LABOUR’S LOST with Pima Community College. Emily received an Associate of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance from Pima Community College in 2017, a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies from The University of Arizona in 2019, and a Masters Degree in Studies of Global Media in 2025. Offstage, she enjoys going down internet research rabbit holes, and is currently attempting to teach her cats to fetch (results to be determined).

Timea Post is very excited to be returning to Live Theatre Workshop in The Comedy of Errors. Her recent credits include Queen Millicent in Sleeping Beauty(Live Theatre Workshop), Dusty in POTUS(Winding Road Theatre), Miss Casewell in The Mousetrap(Oro Valley Theatre Company), and Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret(Pima Theater). Timea studied theatre and film at Pima Community College, where she graduated with an AFA in Fine and Performing Arts. Kaylee is thrilled to return to LTW in ‘Comedy of Errors’. Select credits include Margaret in SILENT SKY (LTW), Ms. Johnson in THE MINUTES (LTW), and Mrs. Hubbard in MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS (Ethington Theatre). She holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Grand Canyon University and currently works as a Theatre and Drama teacher at BASIS Oro Valley. 

Richard has been a part of the LTW family for over 20 years . Richard is a graduate of the University of Arizona where he received a B.F.A. in Theatre Education. He is the acting and technical theatre teacher at Empire High School where he has directed almost 90 plays and musicals for the past 18 years.  Under his direction, Empire Theatre has earned numerous awards including 4 state championships in One-Act Performance.  Some of his past LTW directing credits include PUFFS, TALL TALES: LEGENDS OF AMERICA, TILLY THE TRICKSTER, and RANKED: THE MUSICAL.  He is the recipient of the Arizona Thespians Teacher of the year (2017-2018 & 2023-2024) and the OnMedia Tucson Arts Hero (2018-2019).  Richard has also received the award for "Best Director" from Arts Express' Monte Awards for his productions of THE SPONGEBOB MUSICAL (2023) and THE LIGHTNING THIEF (2025).  Aside from teaching, and directing, Richard writes plays for the LTW stage. Monet is excited to be stage managing THE COMEDY OF ERRORS. She discovered her passion for technical theatre through stage-managing productions of INTO THE WOODS, and HADESTOWN TEEN EDITION at Salpointe Catholic High School, the latter of which earning her a Thespy national ranking for Stagemanagement in 2025. She has stage managed other Live Theater Workshop productions such as TREVOR and SILENT SKY, along with assistant stage managing a few other productions. She has also worked with the University of Arizona and their opera double feature of THE TELEPHONE and THE IMPRESSARIO as a stage manager. She is incredibly thankful for the love and support of her mother, along with all the wonderful opportunities she has gained to explore her passion in the arts.

Mitch spent the last 25 years co-parenting two great kids and working as a clinical social worker. Now retired and looking to engage in meaningful activities I wanted to get involved with theatre again. I once stage-managed and directed theatre in Los Angeles and Tucson. I would like to say thank you to Live Theater Workshop for inviting me to dip my toe back into the pool of theatre.

Michael is a recording artist, music director, audio engineer, and private music instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience and more than 35 years of acting and performance experience. He spent 25 years as a touring musician with Honeybeegroove and Kristen Chandler. After graduating from the University of Oregon in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Music Technology, Michael moved to Tucson, AZ. He is the music director for Center for Spiritual Living Tucson, and teaches guitar, piano, voice, drums, percussion, and bass guitar as a master teacher at Music & Arts.

Shanna is incredibly happy to be back at Live Theatre Workshop as part of this production. Shana was a 2009 Arizona Daily Star MAC nominee, a 2011 Tucson Weekly Best of Tucson recipient, as well as the 2021 The Taming of the Review, Best Director, and Best Show recipient for the critically acclaimed production of HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH. Other favorite productions include: SWEENEY TODD, LES MISERABLES, THE PRODUCERS, MAMMA MIA, and AUGUST OSAGE COUNTY. Shana currently serves on the board of directors of the Pima County Joint Technical Education Advisory Committee. -For my husband; I’m your number one fan.

Logan graduated from Empire High School and has been participating backstage in theater for five years. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, and puzzles. He was the 24-25 Vice President of Empire’s thespian troupe, stage manager of their advanced drama class, and graduated as International Honor Thespian with 204 points. Logan’s favorite productions he’s been a part of was being lighting operator for the 2024 Arizona Chapter Select One Act, IN THE FORESTS OF THE NIGHT. set designing for CHICAGO; TEEN EDITION and THE LIGHTNING THIEF, acting as the character “Stage Manager” for KING CHARLIE’S ANGELS, and playing The Boulder in SPONGEBOB THE MUSICAL.
